The Nilfisk SW5500 Factory Sweeper is a powerful and highly productive ride-on sweeper, designed for heavy-duty indoor and outdoor cleaning. With a cleaning path of up to 1500 mm when equipped with dual side brushes, the SW5500 delivers excellent coverage in fewer passes. The main cylindrical brush (850 mm) and large 500 mm disc side brushes operate at a brush speed of 155 rpm, ensuring consistent sweeping performance. Thanks to Nilfisk’s intelligent design, the machine maintains 25–30% increased sweeping efficiency even with a worn main broom compared to traditional systems.

The hydraulic high-dump hopper holds up to 150 litres of debris and can be raised to 1650 mm, allowing easy emptying into larger containers. With the DustGuard™ system and a 7 m² filter area, dust is effectively controlled, providing a cleaner, safer working environment.

Operators benefit from Nilfisk’s OneTouch™ button system, where all sweeping functions activate with a single press and automatically stop when the machine is not moving—saving energy and reducing wear.
