Fleet specialists
We supply a wide range of premium vehicles from some of the most respected manufacturers in the fleet industry. Our team of experts work closely with you to ensure you receive the best machines for your operation, and our first-class service and maintenance offer keeps your fleet manageable, and more importantly, on the road.
Whether you are looking for a gully tanker, a pedestrian industrial street sweeper, or a large chassis-mounted road sweeper, we’ve got you covered. Our huge variety of industrial, municipal, and specialist vehicles are available through multiple funding models.
Our Mission
Whole Lifetime Cost
Maintenance costs are fixed with all of our rental agreements and included in your weekly rate, meaning that you have less to worry about when it comes to machine breakdowns and defects. If your decision is to purchase, we can provide a full service and maintenance package tailored to suit your needs, thanks to our team of manufacturer-trained engineers. This ensures that the residual value is at its highest at the end of the vehicle's life.
Flexibility
Every company has its fair share of changes but with leased or purchased assets, change can be difficult and costly. With rental, you are given more options to switch equipment as your requirements change. We can ensure that your fleet is adapted to fit your operation, and there is a lower rate for exchanging or taking back equipment when your requirement does change. If you need to extend your contract, we can give you the option of a contract extension with the same machine or with a newer machine.
Fleet Availability
Our vehicles are ready for when you need them. Due to the buying power of Dawsongroup, we can purchase bulk amounts of stock ready for when demand hits. We have nationwide coverage of field service engineers, meaning that wherever your machine breaks down, response can get to you within four hours. Our 92% 24-hour fix rate ensures you have your machine back on the road the next day, and if we can't achieve this, we can provide you with a replacement vehicle while yours is out of service.
Manufacturer Relationships
We have been building relationships with our customers and suppliers for many years. We work with some of the largest manufacturers in the industry, including Johnston, Scarab, Schmidt, Whale, Dennis Eagle, Farid, Thompsons, and Tennant. Our relationship means that we can be flexible with our equipment, so if you have a specific requirement, we can find a machine that fits your needs.
Impartial Advice
When purchasing from a manufacturer, you are limited to their equipment. With Dawsongroup, we work with a number of different suppliers to give you a bigger range of options for your fleet. Our Sales Executives are fully trained by our manufacturers in the latest technology so they can give you the best advice on a fleet mix that works for your requirements. As we are part of a larger group, we can also provide you with expertise on other vehicle types that your business may need, including material handling equipment, vans, trucks and trailers, buses and coaches, and even cold storage equipment.
Review Meetings
As a company, we are very customer-focused. We know that you want the best for your fleet, including the lowest amount of downtime and the highest quality service package. As a part of your contract, we can offer monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual review meetings to discuss service performance and review any out-of-contract costs. We can also provide you with weekly or monthly KPIs to help you keep on top of your operator and our engineer performance.
